The person I talked to there was very rude and didn’t even help me with what I needed. Said something that isn’t even true and just don’t wanna help. My glasses are broken they can’t fix them and if I want new glasses I have to go do an eye exam even though I showed my prescription on email that I got from my eye doctor place. I’m very disappointed.
Poorest customer service
The entire experience getting glasses for my daughter was pleasant and simple. The lenses were installed earlier than planned and we were able to pick them up when she was down the following weekend, which was good timing as she starts mid terms at university soon.
Virtual eye exams?? How is that even a thing.
The worst experience I just had today at Walmart vision center. The man with the glasses who's working there is the worst at customer service. Very rude, arrogant and impatient. He didn't even allow me a bit what I was trying to say. He kept interrupting me while talking with full rudeness. I just left from there because I felt insulted. Not going back when he is working.
