Have you ever tried to make an eye doctor appointment the same day you needed to schedule spinal surgery? I have... Twice. It was easier to get the surgery appointments with 2 world class spinal surgeons. Until now. I have called and gotten an appointment the next week. And it's not just the quick appointment, the eye doctor is great. He is polite and explains everything but not in a condescending way. And the staff is super friendly and helpful too.
Had a little mishap with my #1 pair of glasses had set them down on the grass near where I was working on something and close so I would not step on them and when I got up I placed my hand on the glasses and popped out the lenses I broke the frame. I have a complicated prescription and the store manager himself filled my prescription. He knew what he was doing. Thankfully, my prescription was written by my MD eye doctor. My advice? If you have a complicated prescription, have your MD eye doctor write the prescription and go just before they open (at my Walmart, it's 9 AM), to avoid the crowds!
This is a wonderful place! Everyone working here is very caring and careful with the needs of the Customers. John Esposito is so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient! I was so appreciative for his expertise. Def recommend this Eye Center for new glasses, sunglasses, or exams.
