I trusted them thinking they were professional paid $400 for glasses told them they did not fit my face so they bent the arms to make them tight I still told them they fall off they bent them more instead of properly fitting my face now arm is broke and they say out of warranty. just over a year they might of lasted longer if they could properly fit my face. Save your time and headaches go to professional place get properly fit. very sad and very unprofessional place
Hi, my name is Bill Reeves, and I would like to let your management staff know about my recent visit to your vision department to have my new eye prescription for glasses. I could not have had a better person than the young lady who looked after my needs, she was so friendly and courteous with me and very knowledgeable and professional in explaining all of my options for my glasses.I would highly recommend her to my family and friends, great job.
Very disappointed with recent customer service. I originally went there after a great experience with a staff member who is no longer there. I called recently to order another set of contact lenses, only to be told that I could not proceed with my order because my prescription recently expired. As I was not aware I needed a new prescription I asked if we could place the order for a few and I would go get a new prescription but I would not have enough contacts to make it through to an eye test appointment as it can take a few... read more
Great place to get your glasses. Harman was nice to my mother, helping her select glasses, and navigate her insurance to save money out of her pocket.
Friendly staff with good understanding. Harman offered great support while assisting and did a clean and easy eye checkup and supported with contacts as well. I had a flight in the evening and needed contact asap and they helped in the case real quick.. highly recommended n
