Went to the customer service desk to make a return, and the environment was a complete mess. The line was long and disorganized, and there were only two people working despite several employees standing around doing nothing. I went to the worst Walmart I have ever been to. It was completely filthy the entire store. The employees were extremely rude and not helpful. The employees were just congregating together in 2-4 groups just chatting. When I asked for help, I was bothering them and taking away from their personal time while on the clock.
