The help desk can't properly provide help and they are disrespectful and don't put the effort in to listen and fully resove problems on their side. Even for a simple task of double checking if a gift card was activated or not and they tell you your the person at fault.
On March 16, I visited this location and purchased a 6 pack of Athletic non-alcoholic beer. I checked out with a cashier and headed to the door while reviewing my receipt…noticing that I’d somehow paid nearly $20 for the “near beer!” I returned to the cashier, who confirmed the price, and then asked to speak to a manager.
