Good luck getting anyone to help you. We used the button in the over the counter meds( locked up). After 4 or 5 times went to the customer service desk. She asked did you push the button? I told her yes 5-6 times, so one lady tells the other " why don't you just go help them?" Then she clears out the button and goes on about you only push it once or it clears it out! Now we are about 10 minutes into this waiting process and she's got an attitude about "what is you want?!" Unlocks it gets it out hands it to me and walks away!... read more
