Today 8/11/25 at 4pm I used the self-checkout, I had a very disappointing experience. The machine needed employee assistance twice while we were scanning, and the credit card reader froze multiple times when we tried to pay. We even switched cards, but the issue persisted until the employee moved us to a different machine, where it worked fine. The employee assisting us was a white woman who appeared to be in her 50s.
