I was shocked when I went there today! Hadn't been in for a few years. I felt like I was in the middle east. Literally they were all foreign, no one spoke English, I had to repeat myself 3 times trying to tell them the $ amount I wanted on a gift card. Then to top it off, they are rude with clearly no understanding of our culture or what customer service is. I will never step foot in there again. Shocking this was Fishers!
Store has gone to a level which I don't appreciate. I only use it out of convenience. Aisles are cluttered with product to be placed on shelves. Most employees seem aggravated most of the time. Not friendly atmosphere.
This location wins for best shopper picks, best customer service, and best management. I live literally across the street and stopped shopping there for a couple of years because the store management was so bad. Every time I place a grocery order, it’s ready for pickup early and I’m in and out of the parking lot in about 5 mins. The staff are courteous and friendly. No one here speaks English they have no idea what they’re doing. Nothing is ever stocked and if it is it’s expired and they don’t care again no one speaks English and don’t care what you are talking about. Tried to tell me I wasn’t 21 I’m literally 26 years old and my ID is not expired they are incompetent and it’s not hard to understand and do their jobs.
