Today March 22 at around 9 am I was shopping at the store and saw a man without any disability with a service dog. The leash was not small it was at least 4-5 feet long. The dog was sniffing vegetables and fruit. I brought this issue with the duty manager Crystal , she was absolutely not helpful and she did not do anything to stop the man and his dog. I love this place because it’s very local to me yet has most of the stuff i need without going to the supercenter, not to mention the view when i leave the store. The employees are also amazing too.

Very disappointed with my experience at the Costco food court. The sandwich I received had clearly burnt bread, which is unacceptable. When I asked for a replacement, the staff responded that “they are all like this,” which shows a lack of quality control. When I requested a refund, the staff’s attitude was unfriendly and dismissive, and the process took longer than necessary. Costco is known for its customer
