I've had nothing but great experiences at this Walmart. Aldo went above and beyond in helping find items I was looking for also gave options for things they didn't have. He was friendly and helpful.
I filed a complaint yesterday over the phone. Every time I shop there, a specific employee singles me out and polices me during checkout. HR called me back and claimed the woman was “helping me.” In reality, it was surveillance disguised as help. I didn’t even know she was behind me—just inches away—until I picked up my groceries to leave. She had been standing there silently, staring at me in a way that felt predatory and deeply unsettling.
