Absolutely ridiculous experience this morning. It’s 9:00 AM on a Saturday and the entire self-checkout area is closed. I counted 18 people standing in line—yes, 18—backed up halfway through the store. Every single lane is blocked off, and meanwhile, several employees are standing outside the front doors smoking. When I asked for a manager, I was told they had already left. Seriously?
