Well today's experience is a result in this review. Went in and waited in line for just a bit.. one employee was clearly unexperienced handling another customers situation with a tire, so he decided to break interaction with that customer and ask me if I had been helped. I stated that I wanted an oil change but needed to know the waiting time. He stated that it would be a couple of hours, I then just said it's ok and went to walk away, I then informed him that the customer in front of me was informed of a 30 minute wait time... read more
