Ordered Feb 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM for same-day delivery. As of Feb 8, nothing. The order stayed “preparing” and then became delayed. I contacted support multiple times (9:55 PM and 11:59 PM on Feb 7, and again at 1:56 PM on Feb 8) and still received no clear explanation. The Walmart delivery support center tried calling the store and couldn’t get an answer. Customers deserve better communication and reliability.
