The team at Wallkill Valley Federal Savings & Loan have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They got me what I needed in a timely manner, were very responsive and made the entire experience pleasant and efficient!
Nothing but issues with this place. For starters my grandmas card is constantly getting hacked, meanwhile I monitor all of her transactions. The first attitude encounter I had with a bank teller named Terry was last month. She was only addressing my grandma & pretending like I didn’t exist, when I help my grandmother with everything.
