For over 6 months I have tried to have my account closed. I am 94 years old and I am not able to take care of this in person. I have made the request many times on the phone and through the email, but no one seems to know how to close this account. It is incredible! Barbara Golian
Came to this location a couple times. Very nice people and friendly. ATM is at this location! Downside is they can't do much at this location other basic stuff. Loans, credit cards, etc. all have to be done at the other location 15-20 minutes away. I will recommend them if you want better cc rates and overall pretty smooth to work with, still quite traditional in the banking aspect.
The staff is always great our branch.Very helpful A+++
In today’s day and age …. Wallis customer service is right on PAR with there Bank Employees at our local Branch , Thank you for always have the right answers . A+++
