Retained this firm, for over a year nothing was accomplished. The attorney I had left the firm, the new attorney (Luis Pilato) didn't have a file on me when we met, didn't know the charges asked me to provide documents again! After a year and a half had to start over new. I spoke to Jonathan Lynn a supervising attorney and he treated me like a suspect and was not on my team.
