If its not one thing its another with these people. Worst customer service ever.
Came here for as on their website it says you can, then the lady says, "we are a closed county" if you don't live inside the county you can't use this office even tho I work across the street. They should put that on their website as now it's Friday and no chance to go to another county until next week.
No seating and only one person handling the tax department
This place is full of ignorant. Not sure if they know what they are doing. I visited this place twice trying to register my car and no luck. That lady in the middle windows kept asking for documents that are not required as I work for tax policy and familiar with motor vehicle tax. She asked me to provide a VTR-68a which is a form that get from the sheriff department if you don't have the tittle or proper VIN or a home made trailer. I had to drive all the way to Hempstead to register my car. This office will be always empty.... read more
