If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve came here twice to resolve issues due to renewing my registration and both times I got false information or incorrect/unfinished documents returned to me. I got my registration renewed yesterday on my lunch break and had to return this morning because they forgot to charge me for a penalty fee. When I asked to be charged for the penalty fee due to a ticket they told me “if you knew something was wrong you should have came back and had it fixed”. I’m hesitant to make this public, but this is probably the best run county office I’ve ever used. For many years I’ve visited here and the consistently good and helpful attitude mixed with a get it done attitude are truly appreciated.

One of the worst unprofessional and basically useless places I’ve been to. You have to either beg or wast time just because they feel entitled to make your life miserable. They are lazy, find any excuse to not do their job, ignore you and feel like you have to treat them as queens and kings. They are getting paid to do a job and they can’t even do that!
