The Lady's were very pleasant, efficient, and very helpful.
They have moved back to the courthouse. Getting vehicle registration was easy and quick on a Tuesday morning.
Very disappointing experience at the Waller County Tax Office. Every time I have to visit this office, I end up making multiple trips because the staff provides inconsistent information and does not seem to know the correct procedures. Every time I go to the Waller County Tax Office, I seem to have a problem. The staff are often rude and do not appear to care about helping customers. Most recently, I left work early to complete a title transfer, only to arrive and find that the office was closed for training. However, the website still showed that the office was open until 4:30 p.m., which was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time.
