Went to tax office and was told I’d have to go down street to Appraisal Office. Was told by the Appraisal District to go back to tax office! After waiting in lines is infuriating! Get it together people
Was expecting the worst after reading all the bad reviews but received the opposite from the time I walked in the door. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely fast customer service.
Friendly staff. No wait time during my visit this morning to renew my registration for my vehicle.
It is a government run system. It always stinks dealing with the government regulation. However the ladies working here have always done me right over the last 8 years I have lived in hempstead. Other that the wait time, time to time due to high traffic. The ladies have always had me in and out fast as can be. But it also helps when you have all your stuff together for them. You make it as easy as you can for yourself and it will go smoothly. I personally will miss this small office of ladies as I move on to the next city.
I came in mid afternoon on a busy Friday and Kirsten took care of me quickly and with a nice smile. Thanks Kirsten! You made the whole process much nicer!
