The new tax collector is much better than the previous one. Most of her employees are good too. There's a few that seem disgruntled and seem to disregard state law because "she said so and that's the way it's always been" Mrs Miedke ultimately said i was correct and took care of the situation correctly, according to texas state law. Once she purges the bad attitude and poor customer service from here, I'll update to 5 stars. I do was to reiterate that there are some really good and friendly clerks. They were super friendly today
Went to tax office and was told I’d have to go down street to Appraisal Office. Was told by the Appraisal District to go back to tax office! After waiting in lines is infuriating! Get it together people
Was expecting the worst after reading all the bad reviews but received the opposite from the time I walked in the door. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely fast customer service.
