Very unprofessional and never answers the phone. When trying to leave a message, it says you’re being transferred to an attendant and it disconnects. They should do better.
This place is as bad as they say. Completely rude and unprofessional. Do not waste your time coming here.
Prepare to show up and see a sign closed for some odd reasoning like training!! Also prepare because the sign for operating hours is incorrect. They close at 4:15!!
The facility itself is clean and well maintained; however, the service is extremely slow. I visited on a Friday afternoon, and despite arriving prepared, I waited nearly 30 minutes just to pay my property tax bill due to long lines. I only went in person because the office no longer accepts ACH payments online. Unfortunately, the inefficiency was frustrating. I recommend recording your conversations, or get a lawyer when dealing with this court house for traffic violations. They will give you information over the phone that differs from what they tell you in person. They will tell you that you are pleading no contest, which is “nothing”, and then give you paperwork that says you pled guilty. When you question it they say the system says “no contest” but the paper says guilty. And now that you have given them cash they say that the ticket is closed and nothing else can be done.
