This is probably one of the worst credit unions. Member came in for a deposit was giggling with the teller. Manager came out of her office and screamed at the tellers and customers for being “too loud” and “having fun” while the teller was actively trying to do a transaction. Also the credit cards don’t report to all 3 Bureaus like they said. So don’t get this credit card if you’re trying to buy a house- they will screw you. Edit- I wasn’t the one screamed at. I’ve been banking with WLSFCU my entire life and I am really getting fed up with them. We were always told that “credit unions are better” but I’m not really seeing the perks anymore. Not to mention, WLSFCU is extremely hard to get ahold of and the majority of the time when I call to talk about my account / make a transfer the call just hangs up or has a busy dial tone. If I could leave more, Star stars I would I am so happy with this Credit union always have been!! Had to come in today And was taking care of a few things, and I’m very happy with the new System updates and they are doing a great job of getting everyone taken care of. Wendy is always a pleasure to come in and see!
