I have to change my rating ( and I'm generous) Bruna's excellent customer service was just a facade. She mesleaded me, and the murphy bed I received wasn't what she has sold to me. I bought a murphy bed with wood slats mattress support (for more comfort) and It was specified in our written conversations; but, I received one without slats. Unfortunately, I wanted to stay local and support local companies and services during Covid times. Will need to rethink that thought as the Murphy bed - desk combo with upper display, almost $7000, was delayed by 2 months (took over 4 months) since after ordering, company then came back and stated they no longer made my model in full size, only a queen size. MUST READ!! My bed is an accident waiting to happen. I bought my murphy bed locally thinking I will have great service but the leg bracket has slipped multiple times while we were on the bed. We have a puppy and we are very scared of sitting on the bed while he is running around our house. We never know when it would fall on him. They have an excellent sales pitch but when it comes to service they failed multiple times. They even charged me a additional $3200 on delivery and getting that refund back was a nightmare.
