Warning re: time First my bed looks great, just as expected. HOWEVER ….. it would be very prudent of you to get a real time estimate on how long it will take for the bed to arrive. Ask them to call the manufacturer. I was told 8-12 weeks, but It arrived almost 7 months later. Julie (customer service) was responsive as was the owner, but I felt compelled to put this warning in the review if timing is an issue, you may want to have that discussion up front.
Great experience at Wallbeds - highly recommend if you are in search of a Murphy bed. They have an excellent selection to choose from and the prices were the best we found in the Metroplex.
I love my Tara Murphy bed. The elegant traditional yet non-ornate style is exactly what I was looking for. The quality is beyond superb and made the room look amazing. The service from my salesperson John was wonderful — from in-store greeting all the way thru to on-time delivery and professional installation. I’m ecstatic with how much cleaner my room looks now and how much space I’ve gained. Can’t wait to get another bed into a different room!
New Update 6/11: Well was told it would likely be delivered last Friday by owner but possibly this Friday. I texted him last Friday asking if we should expect it with no response. Now it’s Wednesday and it was “promised” to be at our house no later than this Friday. Not looking promising as we once again are in the dark after another missed delivery date.
