Was quoted a three month time for the wall bed, it is now greater than four months. They kept on saying next week and next week, however, it seemed now that his business is closed as you can see with other reviews, if you paid with credit cards, go ahead and call them for a charge back. I confirmed with the owner of the Keller location that this location has indeed.
Ordered bed in September. As of today (December 16th, 2025) no bed. Deposit gone. I am told business has folded and doors are now closed.
My husband has already left a review about our horrible experience since we ordered our bed in March 2025, but I wanted to write a new review that shows most recent in case anyone else is waiting on a bed. As of today, 12/15/25, the company is no longer in business. You will need to call your credit card company to dispute any charges.
Update - December 2025 review: 9 months in, and we still haven't heard a definitive date for the bed delivery. In October, the owner offered to give us a beat up floor model as a temporary solution until our bed arrived. Hung assured me the delivery would be no later than the first week of November, and he offered to delay someone ahead of us in line just in case. I've had a lot of trouble getting the installer to come to build or fix things... Despite rescheduling twice. It has been an extremely frustrating experience getting the installer to come at the time they specified. Customer service manager did reach out, so we'll see how this goes.
