Sarah is so open, kind and caring. Her meditation sessions are amazing. She definitely gives the space for the individual meditation needs, and with such wisdom. Her healing sessions are next level. There was such an energy shift. If you need someone to help you shift energy, meditate or just want to explore all things spiritual, she is your person.

I've had several healing sessions with Sarah and have completed the Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 courses with her. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge, experience and natural intuitive abilities. She really takes the time to listen to her clients to get to the core of what is needed. As a Reiki teacher, she delivers the course in a very considered way, balancing practice and theory and providing so much valuable insight. I cannot recommend Sarah enough to anyone who needs a trusted and ethical Reiki Master and beyond.

Currently doing the ‘Heaven and Earth Self Healing’ course with Sarah, and absolutely loving it! Sarah explains and encourages you with such a gentle and knowledgeable heart. She explains each module with great clarity and gives each one of us such loving support, always making sure we are clear on the self healing techniques we are learning. I am so grateful to have met Sarah and receive a healing from her. She is the epitome of an authentic human being with such a passion for her calling. Sarah is a soul that so easily can hold space for others, making you feel so comfortable as soon as you arrive for your appointment, and right to the very end.
