I purchased an engagement ring only as a token gesture as I wanted my wife to choose her own. As expected the ring was put on her finger and promptly removed (it didn’t fit anyway) I returned it for a credit but was told it would have to be checked over when I returned for my credit I was told it was refused as the ring had been worn. I lost over $900 and will never deal with this fake company again. Beware they will rip you off.
Over the years I have kept coming back to this store due to the exceptional service and this week was no different I went on Monday purchased a few items for my wife's birthday and I really wasn't sure what I wanted the lady was fantastic spent the time to show me multiple options and didn't try to over sell me. I decided I wanted to change the earrings to slightly bigger ones and went back today and experienced once again fantastic service and I left again happy Thankyou for providing such great customer service
