Wife spent $25,000 for a longarm two years ago and never even got a phone call later to see if all was good. We live out of town and called to have longarm repaired at 9.30 in morning and would work on it then, While we were waiting josh disappeared till 3 that afternoon and only took 30 minutes to fix. One of the poorest customer services we have ever delt with.
