Worst experience so far They only communicate through emails and never clarify things properly over calls. They don’t take complete details and then make mistakes while filing the tax return. Later, they blame the client by saying the information was not provided. How is a client supposed to know what details to share unless the tax agent asks the right questions? The people I interacted with were all helpful, especially Janvi who patiently listened to my numerous queries, answered each one of them thoroughly, and completed the task assigned to her quickly. She is very customer-friendly

Their answer to any of your questions will be to google it. So basically if you don't have any prior knowledge of accounting and you go them or hire them as your accountant, you're screwed.
