Terrible onboarding. Complete lack of knowledge of local law. Dispatch software this company uses is absolutely out of the Stone Age. When you try to onboard as an agent for this company the onboarding team constantly just trash talks each other. It is no secret why this company can’t expand. You’d be better off signing on with JB hunt or one of those terrible companies than this place.
The worst company ever! They will cheat and lie to you any way they can. Do not driver for or become an agent for these people. They create their own fees to make money off you on top of what they take for you to be an agent. They will keep your escrow and you won’t see a dime. STAY AWAY
