AWFUL customer service from the phone rep to remedying their own mistake. I was unsure of what size hat my kid wore, so I ordered a medium and a large knowing one of them would fit him. They sent me two smalls. So I called back to let them know they sent me the incorrect order and was told that they would make me a medium and a large and ship them to me at no cost. Great experience. I met Kirk at the home show, he was in the booth next to me. He was quick to help us out, get our order put in, some unexpected things came up but he worked with us and helped us solve the issue. I am very appreciative of someone who can come through with issues and still provide the experience and their expertise. Thank You Wall of Fame and Kirk!!
Good people who do a good job.
Extremely disappointed in the quality of the products. It wouldn’t be so bad if one was allowed to exchange them at least but all sales are final. Ordered through the school so was not able to see physical products. When you pay that much money for a product, you expect it to be better quality and true to size. What a waste of $.
