I did a lot of research before ordering and my experience was awesome start to finish. The bed is so easy to use, looks amazing. Install was seamless, it’s easy to use. The order was delayed by a couple weeks (as large unique furniture does sometimes) and they were able to be accommodate my scheduling needs and still get installed by the date they quoted. Can’t recommend enough, check out the show room and you’ll be sold. Also it’s pricey but they have a great financing option if you can get approved
