I say don’t use Wall & Associates. They said it would take 6 months to resolve our issue with the IRS. It took over 6 years. They never call you back. They were always appointing someone else to our case. This was because their employees didn’t stay with the company for very long. We suspect because of the dishonesty that they want them to be apart of. HORRIBLE company.

Excellent customer service and care for their clients. Cynthia Bain did an excellent job on my case and came to a resolution in a short and timely manner. She was always a phone call away and kept my updated as needed. This is the second time using this company and I have no regrets. Great experience overall.
