I've worked with this photo/video team multiple times, and they always exceed expectations. Charlie responds to emails and calls quickly, and the photographers and videographers he sends are always experienced, professional, talented and friendly. I've had some bad experiences with other companies in the past having to work with photographers that are hard to work with, have a bad attitude or take too long to deliver the photos etc., but none of these things happen with Charlie and his team.
