I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to make the purchase of a Flexsteel recliner over the phone. Since I live 100 miles away this was a great option for me. The ordering process was super easy thanks to the helpful salesperson (Julie) and the chair will be delivered and set up for me in 2 weeks. Thank you Walkers!

bought a 4000 dollar couch from them, showed them the exact dimensions it needed to they helped us choose the left and right side and signed the paperwork. 2 months later the couch came and was wrong. i went in person to try and correct the issue was told i needed to pay 25% re stock fee to correct and issue they made no other way around it. basically told flat out i was wrong. later on i tried to call the manger, after 4 days of getting the run around finally talked to him. right from the jump he was rude and said i was lyi... read more
Julie was excellent, couch was on back order but arrived exactly when she said it was expected to. Delivery was on time and the experience was overall easy and pain free! Which can’t often be said of big purchases like this.
