I purchased a full living room set from Walkers main store & was really happy. When I decided to get a new recliner, I figured their outlet store would offer similar experience. Boy, was I mistaken. Shopping at Labor Day Sale or I purchased an electric La-Z-boy recliner discounted 50% to $799. It broke 4 days later. A $1500+ chair uses a cheap plastic bracket for its Hydraulics. Have made many purchases here and highly recommend. Christina and Robin go above and beyond to provide the best customer service I have seen in a very very long time. The first moving crew came to deliver my furniture and they wouldn’t take it down the stairs or remove all the legs as I suggested so they sent out a second crew that did a wonderful job and got my sectional all set up downstairs no problem. I highly recommend Walker’s furniture
