Walkers was clean, spacious and had a nice variety selection. April was very helpful and kind. Only gave 4 stars because delivery was scheduled between 12-2 and they showed up at 2:30.
Steve was very friendly and helpful. Walker’s has a great delivery deal too. It was a pleasant experience, being a minority, they made me feel normal not out of place.
The furniture guys were great at their job! Got everything put together for me perfectly and got everything put exactly where I wanted them to be. Only issue was my financer didn't let me know that I needed a box spring for my type of bed so they had to go to the store and get it and when I called the lady who financed our furniture in sandpoint about it she was very rude/unprofessional. But I the end everything got figured out thankfully.
The experience was satisfactory. The guys did an exceptional job. They alerted me when they were near arrival, and were careful unloading the furniture and took care not to ding the walls as they brought the items in and on downstairs. The setup of the bedroom set was done with efficiency. The guys were courteous and left the place tidy with no trash behind.
