In this day of lack of customer service and automated messages, etc etc I had the most delightful experience today with the two gals at the San Leandro showroom. My contractor told me my selected tile is on backorder so I called San Leandro. The two of them got on the phone and went out of their way to offer me options for a great re-selection.
