I need a "Joe Rocket" snap for the cuff of my JR jacket and emailed support 4 or 5 times asking where I can purchase one - NO RESPONSE - I'm both Shocked and Disappointed - I would so much prefer to be here telling you how great these people are!
Bought these Joe Rocket Honda Meteor Boots recently at my local Honda Dealer there were half price...apparently very old stock...they self destructed after 1 hr of use...still waiting to hear from Joe Rocket after 2 weeks...they are still kicking around at some dealers...avoid.. update...roe rocket canada refunded my full purchase price
I'd like to thank Joe Rocket and staff member Jason for their awesome customer service. The armor in my Alter Ego 2 jacket was wearing out but the jacket itself was perfect. Jason sent me replacement armor for free and I received it 2 days after giving him my shipping address. You folks have earned my respect and brand loyalty!
