I have been here little over 1 month, and I don't like it. I have bugs in my apartment and I told the management about it and they are not doing anything about it. I keep a. Clean apartment, but you can just feel the dirt in the air. I don't trust this place, I think there going to be mice come winter. I am scared of mice. I have anxiety and stress problems. Nice place overall. Parking can be a little tight but the people here are great. Caribou and several restaurants are within easy walking distance. There are also nice walking trails along the Rum River. I have lived here about ayear and a half and loving it!
I have seen this beautyful place and find it a great place to live. The River is a very laid back place with very nice people. This is where i would like to live so i think i will look into.
Wonderful place for low income senior housing!
