We’ve paid over $25,000 and 4 years of litigation from a big law firm lawyer and got nowhere with my custody case, when we found Alisha and voiced our concerns she actually listened and did what she needed to do as a lawyer. When it came time for court we were nervous didn’t think it would get anywhere and look at us we have primary custody of my kids and I couldn’t be happier with the services she has provided. This entire crew has been amazing! This has been a very difficult divorce, and they have stood by me the whole time. They have listened to me and backed me up. She is actually the 2nd Attorney I had... I fired my first Attorney. I am super happy with how she treated me and my case. My divorce took about 2 and a half years.... no fault of Alesha... She did everything she could to get this divorce moving. She is fair and reasonable.
She was very professional and clear on steps to final outcome.
Sadly, we were not pleased. She ensured us by taking a “Rule 11 deal” was a great idea, it’s put us in a huge bind, cost extra in the long run (go figure), and kept the child from maintaining contact, due to “disagreement of termination” of said agreement. Instead of fixing this awful mistake, she pretty much told us agree to what ever the other side wants to get “out of it” I don’t necessarily appreciate how hard it is to get direct answers from her or her team either, and you wait days for answers.
