I came today to Renew my car tags. I was informed that the computers are slow and I will have to wait . I told her that I have to go to work and that I will have to come back on Monday. And asked if they can wave the late fee being that today was my birthday. She stated absolutely not because I had 90 days to renew. That being said it seems like thay are placing the blame on me because l chose to renew on my birthday, the last day. The computers being down is not my fault and they need to stop being so hateful about it.
Would be no stars if it was possible. You can repeat your request 17 times and they still wouldn't be able to do it.
I want to preface my review with it is perfectly understandable for drive-thru be limited to handicapped folks, especially right now with the threat of COVID, what is NOT okay is the attitude of the witch that came out and "informed" us that were in the line that we couldn't use the drive-thru unless we were handicapped. Again it is perfectly understandable of the reason for the drive-thru to be limited HOWEVER IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS PERSON TO SNAP AT FOLKS IN THE LINE LIKE SHE DID!!!
