Pam is awesome! Always had good service here despite some setbacks and red tape. Nobody likes bureaucracy, but the people here do try to solve issues even with all the paperwork barriers.
No one answers the phone. We are NOT being sent the tax statement. Worried about theft of property.
Normally service is fine and helpful when I have to go by there but since today is the day for July 4 and a Monday, I guess they aren't in the mood for working. Full of reasons on why they can't assist you. They did that to me and to another person in front me. I went home and did my stuff online. Guess I should have done that in the first place.
