Listen I've gone to them for voting stuff they were well to help me with that but when it comes to on the phone I don't think they are very... I think the word is aware? I'm trying to call to ask about one of their services to make sure that they can help so I'm not on a goose chase and not wasting their time, I'm trying to help you by not wasting OUR time but here we are 20 minutes in a call waiting
Pam is awesome! Always had good service here despite some setbacks and red tape. Nobody likes bureaucracy, but the people here do try to solve issues even with all the paperwork barriers.
No one answers the phone. We are NOT being sent the tax statement. Worried about theft of property.
