Using technology to create interference with Internet and cell services, and it's set up incompetently reaches into and interrupt service even in the road near the building. It really should be illegal or at the very least a final offense to be interfering with so many other people's hard-working businesses because they're scared of getting caught doing shady stuff that we all know they're doing.
