I've rented a vehicle from here several times and my experiences with them couldn't have been any better. Phenomenal customer service, affordable prices, and the vehicles are always clean and in great shape. As long as this place is around, I'll never rent from a chain rental company again!
Amazing service and very reasonable compared to some big named car rental companies. I have always been for supporting of local and small businesses. If you're ever in Tifton on business or pleasure definitely give these guys a try!
The biggest excuse for a rental company that we have ever used. We showed up at 6:30 to pick up our uhaul that was scheduled to be picked up at 7:00 pm. We followed the directions and showed up not too early. There was not a key left in the box for us since it was after hours. We called every phone number and there is nothing set up for after hours where you can call and talk to an employee of the store. HUGE thank you to Joe for all of his help this week. We needed to extend our car rental a few times while we wait for our van to get out of the shop, and he was extremely kind and helpful. You can't ask for better customer service. VERY reasonable rental prices, too! We'll definitely be using them again.
