2 members of staff swore at me because I complained because they said it would be ready on tuesday then wednesday then thursday they then ignored my calls, eventually when i got through using another phone they said it would be ready friday. They recommended that I put grey coating on as its neutral, i had no problem with any colour they then days later rang up to say do you want mid blue, wahts that all about?
