My daughter needed a pair of hiking boots for a class she was taking this summer and she needed time to break them in so we came to the Blacksburg Walkabout Outfitter store to see what they had. Frances went out of her way to help my daughter find the right pair of boots that fit. She was very patient and kind and even got a new pair of hiking socks off the rack so my daughter could try boots on with the right size sock! We needed some hiking pants for vacation, and Brandon and Frances went above and beyond to make sure that the products we purchased met our needs and fit perfectly. I highly recommend Walkabout Outfitter in Blacksburg for great products and customer service!
Cool store
I really want to do this review to thanks to Brandon who was incredibly attentive, informative and very patient with all us dude. He helps in everything and the store looks tidy and super clean! Even though we were the last customer, he tried us as the first!
