My daughter needed a pair of hiking boots for a class she was taking this summer and she needed time to break them in so we came to the Blacksburg Walkabout Outfitter store to see what they had. Frances went out of her way to help my daughter find the right pair of boots that fit. She was very patient and kind and even got a new pair of hiking socks off the rack so my daughter could try boots on with the right size sock!
