Irina and Brandon were both very friendly and helpful. We drove to the Blacksburg store after visiting the Roanoke store because the staff told us the sandals I was looking for were available; however, that was not the case. Although the staff in Roanoke were friendly we didn’t think they knew the products. We're lucky to have a brick and mortar store to buy outdoor gear in Blacksburg. Andrew and Henry have both unobtrusively helped me locate and select hiking/camping items.
Brandon the store manager was extremely helpful today. He was really friendly and helped me to find everything I need. I’ll absolutely be back!
What a great shopping experience. Brandon really knew his product (Leki Hiking Sticks). He showed me how to use them and to adjust them. He even offered me a discount as they were not part of the sale items.
