Yesterday, I was assisted by the most helpful and kindest people - Cayla and Adam. Cayla helped me with my very first trail running shoes and was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. Same with Adam! I’ve been in this store several times and each time I drop in, I meet some of the most naturally coolest people. Thank you all so much for bringing such a wonderful atmosphere to Richmond <3
Recently visited to consider some Christmas presents and found it hard to leave. They have SO MANY Smartwool products, and that's just the tip of the iceberg for this place. It is really nice to have a Virginia owned with such a fantastic selection, and I was happy to leave with bags full. The staff was knowledgeable and it's right in the middle of Carytown. So, win-win. Will visit again, soon!
To say this Walkabout Outfitter has the best customer service would be an understatement. I came in and saw the best pairs of Birkenstocks. And knew I had to come back and get them. When I came back in again to attempt to buy the shoes, they just sold out and said to keep calling for when they’ll be in stock.
