I went into the shop on a Tuesday afternoon. I had an overheating problem with my phone, then trusting this shop to sort the issue. He replaced my battery with an off-brand one, resulting in my phone then breaking in the process as it wasn’t linked back up properly. I have an Iphone 14 which then cost me £38 to replace the battery. Which he then failed to do this job correctly as my phone completely switched off and the volume buttons no longer working straight after “repair”.
