Poor management and lack of accountability. This office operates out of a coworking space, which makes it very unclear who is actually responsible. I went in asking to see the walk‑in notary and informed the receptionist. I was told to wait in the waiting area. After waiting for over 30 minutes, the receptionist returned and asked whether I was waiting for someone, which clearly showed a lack of coordination. When I asked her to please check whether the notary would be available that day, she responded that she does not work... read more
