The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the rest of my experience was disappointing. I had an appointment for a painful ingrown toenail but ended up waiting over 40 minutes to be seen. When I finally saw the chiropodist, all she did was trim the nail shorter and suggest a follow-up in two months. Brought my daughter for plantar wart treatment on her heel. Went for over 6-7 treatments maybe even more and the chiropodist treated with 1 type of treatment, no other treatments were used or suggested. Finally we went to another chiropodist after seeing no progress but an increase in size and they could not believe the “bug juice” was used on the heel!!!!! First time coming to this clinic I was very hesitant, definitely shouldn’t of been with the friendly and professional staff here. Thanks to Daniella for her expertise in handling my foot issue, and thanks to Daniella and Linda for their on aftercare advice. Started coming here about three months ago when we moved to Tottenham and our usual podiatrist is too far away. I’m very happy with all the visits and treatments thus far. Orthotics feel very comfortable.
