No one ever answers the phone and my debt is all done and they keep taking money out of my check!!!!!
I never provide reviews, but this experience I had today really put me over the top! I wouldn’t of even given them a 1 star, they deserve a negative. The way the receptionist spoke to me was BEYOND disrespectful! I was trying to get clarification and she was rude and snobby. She had zero regard! She couldn’t answer my question entirely she basically said I was lying about not receiving documentation.
