My grandfather can’t get his prescriptions, and had to borrow diabetes sensors from his friend for months because of excuses from here… as in “we’re waiting for the doctor to approve of the prescription” (which he had already done so, lasts until June), “we’re waiting for Medicare to check it” (they have of course), “we’re out of stock” (but we called and asked and they had them 2 hours before we went), and so many more. Great service. I pickup prescriptions often and staff is very helpful. Worked through issues like a champ! I do use the app to know when prescriptions are ready.
Understaffed. No one answer the phones. Guess I'll go somewhere else
Horrible, place & people, very very slow, waited at drive thru for 15 mins, nothing, came inside, told me hold on for 10-15 mins till they finish them up, don't know how long this will take, this is the 3rd walgreens I've been too trying to make 2 prescriptions, some out of stock, ridiculous, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR CHANGE PHARMACYS
