Pharmacy staff are rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful to customers. They have a sign at the waitline asking customers to refrain from disrespectful behavior. My question would be: why do they have to have a sign like that? Maybe they are the ones who are disrespectful and they are getting back what they dish out.
